Update Notes — The Classic PW Dark Dawn 17.9

The update Dark Dawn 17.9 brings important changes to the server's farming, quality of life improvements, adjustments to events, increased rewards, and general fixes to enhance the player experience.

Important notice about the next major update

In the next major update, we intend to change the direction of the server, bringing a new proposal for The Classic PW — Dark Dawn.

Our goal is to make the server more appealing to the casual audience as well as the competitive audience, raising the server rates and adjusting progression for a more dynamic proposal.

We count on feedback, suggestions, and opinions from all players for this new phase that will begin in the next major update.

Server farming and rewards

• The Fortune Chests obtained from clan weeklies have been increased from 5 to 30.
• The Fortune Chests obtained from the Earth Raid have been doubled.
• The Fortune Chests obtained from the Nature Raid have been doubled.
• The Fortune Chests obtained from the Dusk Raid have been doubled.
• The chests obtained in the Silver River have been doubled in all modes.
• The chests obtained in the Solo Silver River have been doubled in all modes.
• The chests obtained in the Catedral have been doubled in all modes.
• The chests obtained in the Dragon's Lair have been doubled in all modes.

Guan Yu Arena

• Wins in the Guan Yu Arena now grant 5 Fortune Chests, instead of 1.
• Losses in the Guan Yu Arena now grant 2 Fortune Chests, instead of 0.
• The Arena Announcer NPC has been added back, allowing players to watch the Top Class.

Mini TW / 20 vs 20

• The 20 vs 20 event has received general improvements.
• Now, winning the 20 vs 20 event grants 100 Fortune Chests.
• Losing the 20 vs 20 event now grants 50 Fortune Chests.
• The issue where the Arcane class could still pull players during the 20 vs 20 event has been fixed.

Torture Tower

• All forging recipes at the Tower Master now yield twice the items.

Martial Arts Event

• An issue in the Martial Arts Event where the winner was not correctly receiving the Mirage Pearl has been fixed.
• The correct prize has been adjusted in the event missions to ensure that the winner receives the reward as intended.

Quality of life

• A City Portal has been added at the Free Exchange Administrator.
• The season scoreboard can now be accessed via the page: https://theclassicpw.com/guildhall.

Gold Promotion

• A new Gold promotion has been activated.
• During the promotion, Gold purchases will receive 50% bonus Gold.
